Exterior trim consists of the soffit, fascia and exterior wood besides the siding itself.  It is not necessary to install new siding in order to get the exterior trim wrapped.  We can wrap the trim right to the existing siding.  We also use composite PVC trim materials at customers request.

The soffit which is the overhang of the roof, should have a ventilated material installed on it in order to get air to the attic space.  Where air fow is not necessary, solid soffit would be used.  The fascia material is available in painted aluminum, PVC coated aluminum, and also compsite PVC board.
